ABOUT PROJECT DETOX

Connecting the dots since 1997

Project Detox is curated by Corey Sievers: a wellness educator and integrator who translates complex ideas into practical frameworks people can recognise and use.

01

Why Project Detox exists

Detox is one of wellness’s most familiar and confusing words. Corey created Project Detox to give people a middle ground: open to useful lifestyle practices, sceptical of exaggerated promises, and interested in the biology beneath the marketing.

02

Corey’s background

Corey has worked in wellness education, talks, training and guided nutrition programs since 1997. His background includes nutrition, digestive health, counselling and mental wellness coaching. His strength is integration—connecting research, clinical perspectives, lived experience and practical action without pretending every question is settled.

03

A long history of guided programs

Over many years, Corey and collaborators have helped people participate in structured nutrition and lifestyle reset programs. Historical participant stories inform the project, but they are not treated as proof of a current product or as guaranteed outcomes.

04

How resources are selected

Project Detox can include established science, emerging human research, mechanisms, clinical observations, hypotheses and material Corey remains sceptical about. Each resource is included because it adds something to the discussion. Corey’s note explains the context and reservations.

05

The broader relationship

Project Detox is one place where people can discover Corey’s work. Emails may also cover nutrition, gut health, holistic wellness, healthy ageing, mental wellness, The Be Happy Way, relevant programs and occasional product information.
